Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of Amtrak's Texas Eagle in Longview

City officials, rail supporters and train fans gathered Friday, March 14th to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Amtrak's Texas Eagle in Longview. During the event, the train smashed through a ceremonial banner.
